STEPH SHAO is a freelance artist and design student born, raised, and living in Seattle, Washington. She is captivated by scenes from the natural, urban, and dream worlds, and explores these through a variety of mediums. She is currently attending Seattle Pacific University studying Interior Design and Illustration.
